Jeff is a 1996 graduate of UW-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine and is one of the practice owners. Jeff enjoys practicing all aspects of dairy veterinary medicine and surgery incorporating protocols, improving cattle production, and working with them on team
management.
Jeff is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, American Association of Bovine Practitioners, Society of Theriogenology,
and National Mastitis Council. He has served on the WVMA Executive Board, the North East Wisconsin Veterinary Medical Association Board, and the Food Armor Foundation Board of Directors.
Jeff, his wife, Lea Ann, and their two children, Elise and Brady, live near Glenbeulah on a small farm where they raise Brown Swiss and Holstein heifers. He and his family are active in their church, 4-H, and school activities. Jeff and Lea Ann are the leaders of the Sheboygan County Junior Holstein Association and help coach the Sheboygan County 4-H Dairy Quiz Bowl teams.
Jeff, along with his family, enjoys watching the Badgers and Packers, golfing, and showing their Holstein and Brown Swiss cattle at regional and national shows.[/dt_sc_team][vc_single_image image=”9924″ img_size=”full”][dt_sc_team name=”Christopher D. Booth, DVM” role=”Member of WVMA” image=”10057″ class=”simple-rounded aligncenter”]Chris is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine in 2000 and one of the practice owners. He enjoys all facets of veterinary practice and is certified as a Leader to Leader trainer. This training allows him to help empower and grow individuals and employee teams on farms to be more productive and cohesive.
Chris is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the American Association of Bovine Practitioners. He has served as president of the WVMA as well as on various committees. Chris has had articles published in farm journals and has done public speaking for various dairy related groups.
Chris lives in rural Plymouth with his wife, Courtney and their four children. They raise a variety of animals and enjoy caring for them. They are active members of their church and community serving on various 4-H, county fair, and dairy committees. Chris enjoys hunting, coaching various sports teams, and spending time with his family.[/dt_sc_team][vc_single_image image=”9750″ img_size=”full”][dt_sc_hr_invisible][dt_sc_team name=”Eric J. Rooker, DVM” role=”Member of WVMA” image=”10059″ class=”simple-rounded aligncenter”]Eric graduated in 2013 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine and is an owner at Dairy Doctors. He is an active participant in the AABP Practice Sustainability Committee, and AABP Membership Committee. Eric also currently serves organized veterinary medicine as a facilitator for a three-year, joint WVMA-Food Armor Veterinarian Development Mastermind program funded by the USDA.
Eric has also had the privilege of speaking nationwide about a range of veterinary practice topics such as technology in the veterinary workplace, veterinary practice development, finding your niche in veterinary medicine, inventory management as well as many other topics.
Eric enjoys participating in all facets of general dairy medicine but has developed focuses on ventilation, housing design, heifer program quality controls, wet calf lung ultrasound, production and feed-based economics as well as protocol development and monitoring. He is a Dairyland Initiative Certified Ventilation Consultant and works as a non-bias third-party consultant on ventilation system design around the world.
Eric lives in Sheboygan with his wife, Katie and their daughters, Emily and Anna. Eric and his family are avid sports fans, like to travel the country and explore the world as toddlers do. He also enjoys playing sports, watching movies and reading a variety of fiction and nonfiction books.[/dt_sc_team][vc_single_image image=”9751″ img_size=”full”][dt_sc_hr_invisible][dt_sc_team name=”John Easley, DVM” role=”Member of WVMA” image=”9631″ class=”simple-rounded aligncenter”]
John is a 1981 graduate of Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine. John focused on dairy medicine until his semi-retirement in 2005. Since that time he has spent his time doing some dairy work and also in the mink industry as a veterinary consultant. He has been on the Fur Commission USA Board and other consulting boards.
John lives in rural Glenbeulah with his wife, Jamie. They have two sons and a variety of critters.
In his semi-retirement, John enjoys hunting, fishing, racing motor cycles, and just being outdoors. He has participated in the Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa event with his

Her responsibilities include organizing and maintaining schedules on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. She enjoys greeting our farmers, developing a warm relationship with them, and maintaining organization between each doctor and the farmer.
Barb and her husband, David, live on a dairy farm in the Town of Plymouth. They have three children and three grandchildren. Barb enjoys her family, baking, exercising, and giving of her time and talents to her church.[/dt_sc_team][dt_sc_hr_invisible][dt_sc_team name=”Brooke Dulmes” role=”Member of WVMA” image=”10056″ class=”simple-rounded aligncenter”]Brooke joined the Dairy Doctors team in 2018. She resides in Gibbsvile, WI where her family runs a cash crop farm along with a cattle trucking business. She graduated from Oostburg High School and Lakeshore Technical College where she studied Agribusiness Science & Technology.
Brooke is responsible for the Milk Lab but can also be found assisting with thoracic ultrasounding on the farm, answering phones, helping clients, and performing various other duties about the clinic.
Brooke’s interests include volleyball, 4-wheeling, snowmobiling, and spending time with friends and family.[/dt_sc_team][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][dt_sc_team name=”Kent R. Bindl, DVM” role=”Member of WVMA” class=”simple-rounded aligncenter” image=”10063″]
Kent graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine in 2002 and is one of the practice owners. Kent loves the variety and challenges that come with being a dairy practitioner as well as being a member of the team/family that is Dairy Doctors. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, American Association of Bovine Practitioners, and American Embryo Transfer Association.
Dr. Bindl has been performing embryo transfer since 2005 and is one of only 170 practitioners certified by the American Embryo Transfer Association (AETA). He serves on the Audit Committee for the AETA.
Kent lives in rural Plymouth with his wife, Kelly and their three children Ella, Adam, and Claire. They have a few Holstein show heifers with the prefix Elladaire, a few dozen chickens, and a barn cat or two. Kent has served on the St John the Baptist Pastoral Council in the past and is currently on the SJB School Board. He and Kelly are active in their children’s school activities and sporting events.
Kent enjoys fishing and hunting. The Bindl family loves to explore and experience all the natural gifts that Sheboygan County and beyond has to offer.

James is a 2009 graduate of the University of Illinois College of Veterinary
Medicine and one of the practice owners. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and American Association of Bovine Practitioners.
His strong interest in dairy medicine brought him to the state of Wisconsin and the Plymouth community.
After completing Q-Max training, he has developed our on-site milk quality lab and has continued to improve our on-farm milk quality services. James values the relationships he has developed over the
years working with dairy producers. The work ethic, determination, and enduring spirit of local dairy producers has inspired him in both his career path and in everyday life.
James and his wife, Lauren, live in rural Plymouth with their two children and a small flock of chickens. He is active at First United Lutheran Church as a confirmation mentor. James enjoys nature in all its forms. When not working on a dairy he can be found running and hiking on many of the local trails.
He has completed many races on road and trail from 5k to 50 miles and loves the challenges inherent in long distance running. He and his family camp, boat, water ski and fish whenever possible. He has started the Dairy Doctors Trap League, which shoots out of Rhine Field and Stream throughout the
summer.

Brandon is a Sheboygan Falls native, and a 2017 graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine. His professional interests include calf and young-stock health and fresh cow management. Brandon utilizes thoracic ultrasound to help producers identify and manage subclinical pneumonia in young calves. He is an active member of the AABP (American Association of Bovine Practitioners), is a certified young-stock ventilation system consultant through the Dairyland Initiative, and a Food Armor Certified veterinarian. Brandon enjoys educating youth and the public about animal agriculture, animal husbandry and health, and food animal production.
In his free time, Brandon enjoys biking, fishing, upland and waterfowl hunting, volunteering in wildlife conservation, and almost anything outdoors. He resides in Howards Grove with his wife, Abby, and their son, Miles and daughter Murphy.

She was instrumental in organizing the Wisconsin Veterinary Practice Managers Association. She has held several offices in the WVPMA and received the Wisconsin Veterinary Practice Manager of the Year Award in 2001. She also received the Friend of Veterinary Medicine Award from the Wisconsin Veterinary Medical Association in 2003.
As practice manager, Josette’s primary tasks are maintaining the financial records as well as human resource management. She will also be seen helping with any other task that needs to be completed at the clinic.
Josette lives with her husband, Michael, on their property in rural Plymouth. They raise meat chickens every spring. Josette enjoys gardening, teaching exercise classes, and giving her time as a volunteer for church activities. She also serves on several ministries within the church.[/dt_sc_team][dt_sc_hr_invisible][dt_sc_team name=”Paige Felten” role=”Member of WVMA” image=”10064″ class=”simple-rounded aligncenter”]Paige a native of Brandon, Wisconsin and graduated from Globe University-Appleton with an emphasis in large animal. Her love of animals started at a young age as she worked with her parents overseeing the cattle on their 700 Holstein Steer Farm.
Paige joined Dairy Doctors in November 2015 and has been assisting the doctors on the farm doing inventory, thoracic lung ultrasound and working in the clinic managing inventory and various dairy related computer programs. She also is found answering phones, assisting clients, and helping with other various tasks.
When Paige is not working at the clinic, she can be found alongside her husband, Scott, and her in-laws, helping in the management of their dairy farm.
Paige’s interests include working with dairy and beef animals, showing dairy cattle, playing volleyball, and spending time with family and friends.[/dt_sc_team][dt_sc_hr_invisible][dt_sc_team teamstyle=”hide-details-show-on-hover” name=”Our Team” image=”9754″]
